Delete app data

In the app, open Settings, choose Delete app data, review the explanation, and confirm. This removes saved confirmed conversation history, active bonus credits, cached reward status, and the current pseudonymous installation identifier. A new, unrelated identifier is created only if it is later needed. Apple-managed purchases and purchase history are not removed. The separate Delete all history action remains available when only conversation history should be removed.

The app does not save speech audio, partial transcripts, OCR images, or OCR text to conversation history. OCR share material is temporary and is cleaned up when the share flow ends.

Server deletion and offline retry

The same action requests deletion of mutable server-side reward status, online-assist usage, and identifier-derived rate-limit state. If the device is offline or the request fails, local deletion still completes. The app reports that server deletion will retry and keeps the old identifier only in a protected Keychain retry queue until the idempotent request succeeds.

Minimum pseudonymous transaction and one-way hash records needed to prevent rewarded-ad fraud and replay may remain for no more than 90 days, then are automatically cleaned up. They contain no conversation or translation text, OCR text or images, speech audio, location, contacts, personal information, or raw IP addresses. Do not email an installation identifier or other sensitive data; it is not needed for the in-app deletion flow.
